Charity

The governing body of FUNDACION MANANTIAL is appointed by the Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees is the highest representative and administrative body of the institution. It sets the guidelines and management strategies as well as the objectives of the institution, sees to it that its programs match its objectives, and approves its budgets and financial administration.

The Board of Trustees executes the functions that have been assigned to it, in accordance with the provisions of the Legal Ordinance and in the Foundation's Statutes. You may see its composition, clicking on the corresponding image on the organizational chart.

Management Committee

The Management Committee was created as a permanent organ for the administration of all matters commended to it by the Board of Trustees. The Management Committee consists of:

  • The Chairman of the Board of Trustees
  • The Director of the Department of Social Care Resources
  • The Sub-director of the Department of Social Care Resources
  • The Director of the Financial and Administrative Department
  • The Director of the Guidance Department
  • The Director of the Social Economics Department
